Travel the World Through Food (4): Mexican Beef Quesadillas

Updated: Sep 8, 2022

What started out as a squash-and-pumpkin-stuffed corn tortilla dessert back in the Aztec times, ended up being one of the most popular signature dishes of Mexican cuisine. Sweet or savory, veg or non-veg, with cheese or without, the fillings may vary across cultures or countries, but one fact remains unchanged - the love of quesadillas knows no bounds! At Back to Grills, we make three different quesadillas. The standard variation is crammed full of a mix of cottage and cheddar cheese, sautéed bell peppers, jalapeños, sour cream and onions. You have the option to add a protein if you like. Our classic beef quesadilla, is hands down, one of our highest-rated recipes of all time.

If you're tired of burgers and hot dogs, then we suggest you stop by our restaurant in Oud Metha, and give our cheesy ground beef quesadillas a try. We can even make you a refreshing drink to go with it!

A generous filling of moist, juicy beef mince, nicely browned in a well-seasoned onion, garlic and tomato paste with lots of melted cheese, and just the right amount of zesty jalapeno pepper slices, will surely satisfy your hunger and flavor cravings for authentic Mexican food.

Have had a rough day? Not in a mood to dine out? Don't stress. We'll deliver it to your doorstep.
